Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, so we may continue to do our best to stop the spread

& keep both you and us safe.

         Client changes:

  • Online booking system

  • Client consultations include digital assessments, new GDPR consent (see also privacy policy), Covid-19 risk assessment and client declaration

  • Facemasks or face covering must be worn upon arrival (if necessary we can provide)

  • Should you feel you have:

Fever

Fatigue

Dry cough

Difficulty breathing

Loss of smell or taste

or should we find any health conditions during our assessment, that raise concern, we may have to ask you to reschedule the appointment. 

  • We will be taking your temperature by use of an infrared thermometer upon arrival.

Studio Changes:

  • Reception seating area has been rearranged to comply with social distancing rules

  • Appointments have been arranged so there is no overlap with clients

  • Automated hand sanitising stations are in place

  • Therapists are wearing visors and masks

  • All areas and all equipment of the Studio are being sanitised/fogged regularly

  • Treatment times are a maximum of an hour with a 30 min buffer period to allow time for sanitisation between clients

  • Therapists health and temperature is being monitored regularly
